In-Studio - Our minimum is 15 people with a maximum of 30.
Virtual / Hammer @ Home Kits Fundraising - We can help you host a Virtual Fundraiser where participants will receive a take home kit with their project and everything needed to complete from home. We provide a pre-recorded video to everyone participating. We will also provide step-by-step printed instructions to everyone. Our minimum is 15 people and there is no maximum for a virtual/kit event.
Off Site Fundraiser - These can be held in a backyard, function hall, school cafeteria, business etc. We bring all projects & materials/tools needed to the event and take care of the set up & clean up! Our minimum for an off site fundraiser is 15 people with the maximum depending on the size of the space.
In Studio/Virtual/Kit - We provide a combo for you. You can have participants in studio, up to 30, and you can also have participants pick up their projects ahead of time to complete at home. You may pick up and distribute to your participants as well. Whatever works best for your situation.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
There are no physical tickets to sell. We provide an online private link for your fundraiser with projects & designs for adults and kids that you distribute to participants/families and they can then distribute to their friends/families to spread the fundraising efforts. Everyone orders their projects/kits through the website link. We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. If attending in studio, projects will be waiting for you on your scheduled date. If picking up to complete at home, set dates and times will be scheduled for pickup.
To book an in-studio fundraiser, we require a deposit of $25 to book & reserve a date (which will be refunded once the minimum sign up has been met, non refundable if cancelled within 7 days of event).
