Embark on a captivating journey into a world of mystery and intrigue, as Hammer & Stain Sidney presents our extraordinary Murder Mystery Dinner event! 

Savor a wonderful catered meal, to be determined. We're still "hammering" out the details, but wanted to post this fun workshop right away!

The magic truly begins as the show takes stage. As the story unfolds, you'll find yourself drawn into a thrilling murder mystery, where every guest becomes a potential detective and some of you may possibly become a suspect. Prepare to be captivated as you witness the drama and suspense unfold before your very eyes.

Don your finest 1920's attire to blend in with the characters and immerse yourself fully in the experience. It's your chance to step into the shoes of a detective and help solve the perplexing murder mystery that has everyone on edge. Though costumes are not mandatory, we highly recommend dressing the part to elevate your immersion in the storyline. Whether you choose to channel your inner detective, an elegant guest, or a mysterious character, your attire will add to the overall ambiance of the masquerade. Adventure awaits at Hammer & Stain Sidney. Please feel free to capture those memories at our Great Gatsby inspired photo backdrop.

Dinner and dessert is included in the ticket price. Sweet tea, lemonade and water will be available for drinks, and coffee with dessert! We do not provide alcohol, however, if you'd like to smuggle your DORA approved drinks in from the speakeasy next door, we won't bat an eye.

You will also select an 18" round project which is included in your ticket price. These customized beer/cocktail/wine or monogram signs are sure to be a conversation piece in your home.

Each person attending will need a ticket.
Tickets are $75 for an individual and $130 per couple and include:
  • Murder Mystery interactive experience
  • Dinner + Dessert + Iced Tea, Lemonade or Water (alcohol can be purchased at the speakeasy next door)
  • One 18" Customized Round - Beer/Cocktail/Wine Sign or Monogram Sign (one per individual/couple)
  • Photo Backdrop for those memories

2. These projects are personalized, so please enter all of your personalization information in the personalization box. (PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING.)

3. If attending with friends, list who you'd like to sit with in the Notes box.

4. Agree to terms & proceed with checkout. (PLEASE READ TERMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE CHECKING OUT)

  • This is a WOOD workshop so your sign may have random cracks, chips, knots and other NATURAL blemishes that give it it's characteristics! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional! Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be display worthy! 
  • Unless otherwise stated in the description, all embellishments or props are not included in project price.
  • Due to the customization at all of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home.   • Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and MUST BE pre-approved and submitted at least 10 days prior to your event or pick up. If approved, a customization fee of $5-$25 will apply depending on design and difficulty.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are no refunds for workshops. However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops or retail in our store. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not get a credit for a future workshop. Please call us at 937-507-4054 or email at hammerandstainsidney@gmail.com to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have reserved a spot at, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times, or your project can be turned into a Hammer @ Home Kit for you to bring home and complete.
